I've likely seen more Sun rises and Moon rises than most people, simply because I put forth the effort to. There are websites to track them. The sun rises each morning vary by a few minutes, but the moon rises will very from 30 to 45 minutes later each morning. Of course, the sun doesn't rise, as it is the Earth that is rotating that causes it. The Moon, however, does rotate around the Earth - so both the Earth's rotation and the Moon's rotation causes it's rise and set to vary much more in time.

I chose No because I'm not a morning person & barely see the sun rise. However, I have seen pictures & they are a sight to behold.
